Description
Appellant pled guilty to the offense of fleeing, and was sentenced to 30-days confinement and fined $200. Appellant was subsequently indicted as an habitual offender for the offense of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle ("UUMV"). Both charges arose out of the same series of events. Appellants first prosecution for UUMV ended in a mistrial. Appellant was tried a second time, a jury found him guilty, found enhancement paragraphs to be true, and assessed punishment at life imprisonment. This appeal follows appellants conviction for UUMV, alleging four points of error. We affirm.
