OPINION PER CURIAM. Over a period of several months, appellant had sexual relations with an eleven year-old female child. He was subsequently indicted for the crime of statutory rape in violation of AS 11.15.120. 1 Thereafter, Vern Wagner entered a plea of guilty to the charge and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment with a recommendation that he serve one-third of that time before becoming eligible for parole.
