Appellants challenge the trial courts ruling that they did not have vested title to certain real property in Park City and thus were not entitled to recover damages for destruction of the home on the property. Appellants claim that they have title to the property through adverse possession, deeds or alternatively, that their use was prescriptive. Accordingly, they claim entitlement to $20,000 in damages for the destruction of the residence on the property. We affirm.
